Seattle Central College 3rd Floor Restroom Renovation

This project entails the renovation of three separate restroom banks on the third floor of the existing Broadway Edison Building. The renovation included the replacement of all existing floor, wall, and ceiling finishes inside the restrooms, as well as all existing plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures, and mechanical equipment. The renovation encompassed approximately 1,950 total square feet including the base bid and alternate.
